    PTP Transversal – Team Leader

    Your mission:

    Coordinate and allocate production tasks: Team Leader for Key Performance Indicators, Risk, Client Communication and also operational team: Internal/External Invoicing and Accounts Receivable.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Assure the operational supervision of the tasks;
    • Hold daily/weekly meetings with the team;
    • Ensure clients & partners (including auditors) requests are addressed;
    • Ensure enhanced framework for KPI, Risk, Client relationship and Client Invoicing;
    • Be the first level of escalation for the team and the first point of contact for the clients;
    • Insure that internal, security and confidentiality rules are respected by the staff;
    • Anticipate, monitor and declare any operational risk events;
    • Conduct individual performance review for the team members;
    • Assure the people development within the company;

    A little about You:

    • Studies: Bachelor’s in Economics;
    • Qualifying experience in accounting/reporting/control;
    • Great analytical skills, French and English proficiency;
    • Computer literacy and Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, Power BI);
