    Experience working with customers from English-speaking countries required.

    Customer Service representative will work in a team to provide superior customer service to our retailers and consumers in the USA by phone, chat and email. Ideal candidate will have minimum experience of 3 years, excellent English fluency and writing skills, be conscientious, proactive, courteous and patient.


    Very good Word, Excel and Customer Management System proficiency required.
    Prior experience working with EDI would be a huge plus!

    Work hours are from 2 pm - 10 pm for 2 weeks and from 4pm to 12pm, alternating with colleagues to provide coverage of USA business hours.
