    Cerinte

    • Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
    • Excellent English Skills;
    • Ability to handle all responsibilities in a discrete and efficient manner;
    • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision/self-motivated/detail orientated;
    • Willingness to learn;
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently;
    • Proven experience on a similar role.

    Responsabilitati

    • Have a permanent overview of visits calendar and offer support in planning different
    meetings or interviews;
    • Handle all travel details (transfers, accommodation, rental cars) for our employees & our
    visitors;
    • Keep relationship with suppliers (travel agents, hotels) and monitor travel costs;
    • Ensure protocol for plant and handle special requests for visitors (cookies, milk, coffee,
    etc.);
    • Utilize MS Office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other technology to prepare, modify
    and proofread presentation materials, organization charts, reports and letters;
    • Liaise on a daily basis with Financial Department and Customer Care in order to issue
    invoices;
    • Involvement in Procurement activities: placing Purchase Orders in SAP;
    • Help plan internal events: Volunteering events, Job fair participation, etc.
