     Economics graduated/ Economist
     Experience in Accounting and in working with systems multiple dimensions(sites, activities, budget items)/ Experienta contabila in lucrul cu sisteme ERP
     Good knowledge of the Fiscal Law/ Buna cunoastere a legislatiei fiscale
     Organized, attentive to detail,/ Persoana organizata, atenta la detalii
     Analitic mind/Capacitate de analiza
     Meeting thight deadlines/ Capacitate de a lucra cu termene de livrare stranse
     MSOffice and English – intermediate level/ MS Office si limba engleza, nivel intermediar

    Responsabilitati

     Management of the Suppliers/Clients database (fiscal/payment data)/ Gestioneaza baza de date Furnizori/Clienti (informatii fiscale/de plata);
     Validate the third parties invoices correctness: the compulsory info requested by the Fiscal code, Vat amount and status, amounts corelations/ Valideaza corectitudinea facturilor furnizorilor: informatiile obligatorii solicitate de Codul Fiscal, valoarea TVA si regimul de deductibilitate, corelatiile intre sume;
     Accurate accounting posting by nature of expenses, cost centers and budget item / Inregistrarea riguroasa a cheltuielilor in corespondenta cu natura lor si repartizarea pe centre de cost si articolele de buget,
     Correctness of the VAT Purchase/Sales Jurnals/Corectitudinea jurnalelor de Cumparari/Vanzari
     Fluent internal and external communication/ Fluenta comunicarii cu colaboratorii interni si externi
     Maintain the accurate statements of the Third parties accounts/ Intretine acuratetea fiselor de cont ale partenerilor
     Managing the communication with Partners regarding the statements for audits, inventory, compensations any other random cases purposes/ Gestioneaza comunicarea cu Partenerii privind reconcilierile pentru audit, inventariere, compensari si orice alte situatii neprevazute;
     Support and explanations in monthly closings, accruals management and fiscal checkings. / Ofera suport si explicatii la inchiderile financiare ale lunii, managementul provizioanelor, precum si in cazul controalelor fiscale.
