Software Tester

ALTEN Romania, part of the international ALTEN Group - with a unique position as Leader in IT & Engineering Consulting, provides support for its clients’ development strategies in the fields of innovation, R&D and IT systems since 1996. The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of the software;
Cross-team collaboration (multiple time zones) to ensure reliable, secure, available and scalable releases;
Participate in agile development process, including daily scrum, sprint planning and regularly team meetings;
Ensure a closed loop on found issues and requested enhancements from the point they enter our database until completion;

BS degree in Computer Science, Design or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience;
CAD / 3D modeling knowledge (Alias, ICEM Surf, Rhino, Catia, Maya, or similar);
Fluent oral and written English;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to communicate complex technical details coherently;
Good analytical, problem-solving skills;
Not afraid of the technical details of software and operating systems;
Basic knowledge of a programming language ( C++, C# );
QA background ( minimum 2 years ).
