Our Finance Team oversees the business development and optimizing of the assignation of resources through planning, audit, accounting and control of the company’s finances. Daily tasks involve projects in multiple areas: commercial, operations, marketing, treasury, accounting and reporting. With us, you won’t just be gaining experience. Do you have these skills?

At least 3 years experience in collection/credit management;
Excel advanced level;
Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience would be considered a plus;
Experience working in SAP system and specific collection tools would be considered a plus;
Experience in dealing with Credit Insurance Companies or Collection Agencies would be considered a plus;
English skills;
Time management;
Communicating effectively;
Customer focus;
Analytical skills;
Able to respect deadlines;
Results oriented.

What will you do in our team?

Develop and evolve company credit and collection policy and procedures;
Monitor receivables and collections across company, identifying trend of collection and patterns that might require a change in credit/collection policy
Provide updates of receivables and appropriate reporting procedures
Accumulate information about the reasons for collection problems from all involved business departments and passing the information back to the rest of the company for resolution.
Dealing with collection problems beyond routine stages
Monitoring the credit utilization and any other aspect related to credit activity;
Monitoring and improving/automating preparation of weekly and daily receivable reports;
Involvement in Projects (improvement initiatives) related with company receivables
Identify accounts requiring collection agency or legal action and coordinate collections with third party companies;
Audit delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectable; ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad credit status to account;
Review open accounts for collection efforts and issue recommendations on pending orders, closing accounts and extending additional credit;
Specific reports.
