Area Sales Manager - Pitesti

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experiences in retail;
- Knowledge in fashion;
- Considerable knowledge of sales technique and their use;
- English, advanced level;
- Driving licence and readiness to travel extensively;
- Ready to work flexible hours;
- Team spirit and team management;
- Leadership skills.

The Area Manager is responsible for ensuring constantly that:

- the sales targets are achieved;
- active selling is in place;
- the concept is respected in all stores at 100%;
- the implemented sales strategies are efficient and based on careful analysis;
- the pricing of all clothes is correct and aligned with the pricing policy;
- the atmosphere in all shops under his responsibility is positive and comfortable for the clients;
- the spaces in the shop are well organized, clean and all items are well presented;
- the visual merchandising in the shop is done in a way that elicits the positive image of the store, gets customers' attention and inspires them to buy.
