    Cerinte

    SAP knowledge;
    At least one year of similar experience;
    English advanced;
    Attention to details, time management skills, open attitude.

    Responsabilitati

    Uploading orders in SAP;
    Centralizing the orders from the stores;
    Calculating the Net Price based on the OTB devaluation;
    Uploading the orders in SAP PL and creating Immediate Orders;
    Creating delivery notes in SAP PL;
    Creating Purchase Order in SAP RO;
    Requesting registration of the invoices from finance RO;
    Sending to the stores of the inbound file ( the file for reception - without prices);
    Posting of the delivery orders in SAP RO for each store;
    Calculating the prices and sending email for approval to Country Manager;
    Sending the delivery notes with prices to the stores;
    Uploading the Prices in Retail Pro;
    Adjusting the differences in Retail Pro - after store's reception;
    Checking the selection of equipment of the store's & office staff ( structure & cost limits);
    Removing from the Stock in Retail Pro the articles taken as equipment;
    Introducting of these products in SAP and allocating them on mkt free;
    Calculating the margin of the products for instore promotions - for Country Manager approval;
    Invoicing the office employees for articles bought through SAP accounts;
    Checking the overall limit ( Stores' acquisition & SAP acquisition ) to not be exceeded;
    Operating the transfers of stock between stores;
    Operating the take out of the stock of the faulty products;
    Daily checking if the sales are transmitted between Retail Pro and SAP;
    Checking the not posted sales and adjusting them in Retail Pro;
    Doing stock comparison between Retail Pro and SAP at the beginning of each month.
