An internship in the HR effectiveness space would be an asset for anyone considering a future in a HR Information Services role, or in HR data analytics.

The position is based in the Bucharest, Romania and reports to the Recruitment Effectiveness Lead.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

You be responsible for ensuring data and system compliance in a global context.
You will gain exposure to the newest technologies used in the Fintech industry, Finastra products and recruitment processes.
Through collaboration between the company departments you will benefit from best practice sharing within the broader TA team.

Student/graduate

Data accuracy and attention to detail
