University degree ;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate life and health insurances
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent organizing skills and good work planning capabilities, attention to details;
Very good knowledge of PC and MS-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Professional license valid (cod RAF)
Valid driving license
Flexible work attitude.
Own portfolio is a must for senior position
Implements of insurance programs for new clients and the management of the existing client portfolio;
Draws up and presents clients with insurance offers as well as regular activity reports;
Participates in negotiations, monitors the issuance of insurance contracts and policies and monitors their performance;
Initiates and constantly participates in meetings with existing clients of the company as well as with potential clients in order to detect the insurance needs and develop the customer portfolio;
Maintain the relationship with customers / potential customers of Willis Towers Watson and respond promptly to all their requests according to internal policies and procedures;
Draws up commercial correspondence and customer-specific reports and maintains the collaboration relationship with clients and insurance companies.
