Developing the performance management and improvement systems.
Responsible for the defining and implementation of HR procedures and politics
Implementing succession planning and internal promotions
Developing the compensation & benefits programs
Establishing and handling the salary policies
Establishing the yearly budget for fixed and variable costs for the employees
Analyzing the KPI's for all the HR process
Recruitment and selection
Supervision and monitoring of evaluations, training and development process
Manages training budgets, company training catalogue and employee competencies inventory
Continually reviews and updates course offerings to ensure current relevance and quality
Integration of personnel in company
Evaluation of professional performance.
Psychological evaluation of personnel
Examination of the psychological functions of professional risk
Counseling in work and organizational psychology
Internship and graduate's program implementation
Establishing contacts with all the service providers
Administering the relation with subcontractors, suppliers and collaborators
Developing the HR local team
