    Key Activities:

    • Represents the company in the best possible light to external business contacts;
    • Creating/Amending quotations in Genie;
    • Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business;
    • Maintain relationship with the existing Clients;
    • Knowledge on Client Profiles;
    • Active involvement in relevant operational activities when required;
    • Assisting the accounts department with any credit control queries;
    • Supporting Operations during peak season.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • Experience in tourism is an advantage;
    • Commercial awareness of hotel pricing and services is an advantage;
    • Customer oriented approach;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills;
    • Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast moving environment;
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
    • Problem-solving skills;
    • Strong eye for detail;
    • Planning and organising skills;
    • Fluent written and verbal English;
    • Be competent on Excel, Word and Power point.
