    Responsabilitati

    We are looking for a Young Padawan to join our growing Customer Interaction Tribe!
    You bring your passion for numbers and we support you to turn it into top searched skills combined with developing a customer oriented vision in a digital bank.
    Our proposal is a 1 year traineeship to explore our tribe and learn as much as you can by practical training on the job. You’ll have the chance to discover banking from the most trustworthy perspectives – analytics and communication.
    Nevertheless, in our team, sky is the limit, so step up to our challenge!

    Analytical Center of Expertize is the place where data is turned into stories and insights. Business departments need to know relevant information about customers’ behavior and how ING can respond to their needs quickly and better. That is why BI has a major role in reaching our goals and growing our company in a smarter and faster way.
    Customer Development and Personalization Engine Squads takes one step forward after finding out what our customers need and builds communication capabilities to enable Omni channel communication strategy. They design and implement targeted campaigns to communicate with clients about the way ING could support them in achieving their financial goals. It takes a lot of planning, technical skills and analysis for successful campaigns. Therefore, their activity is essential in generating business and developing our clients’ portfolio.
