    • At least 2 years of experience with MS Office tools (focus on Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
    • Fluent English


    • Document preparation based on existing templates (excel, word, powerpoint) for different activities including but not limited to: CIC DoUs, mainline DoUs, Project Change Requests, GDPR, DS&P, B&P Staffing templates, etc
    • Weekly support with preparing diverse reports for management, using existing tools (Sugar CRM, B&P)
    • Ad-hoc support with preparing management presentations based on existing templates (powerpoint)
    • Ad-hoc document proofing for contracts – check for issues with grammar, formatting, missing data, etc.
    • Keeping track of claim, claim submission, helping with expense reimbursements if requested (online BI tool)
    • Keeping track of different project financials based on claim and interlock with PM
    • Acting as a Project Management Officer for all PMs in GBS Romania – supporting them with everything that will be needed
    • Supporting OOs in GBS with any internal activities they request
    • Ad-hoc interlocking with different functions (Project Managers, Project Officers, Financial Approvers, Procurement, etc) to solve any issues regarding all the above points
