Finance/Accounting Analyst with Russian

Must haves:
• Fluent English and Russian speaker (oral and written).
• Primary accounting
• Attention to detail, accuracy, analytical (reconciliations), comfortable working with tight deadlines, comfortable in a customer facing role.


Nice to have:
• Familiar with 1C

Invoicing for Russian stripes for different lines of business, in different global and local accounting systems.
In charge with generating invoices and related supported documentation, documents correction, reconciliations, payment registrations, closing activities, maintain relationship with both internal and external stakeholders involved in invoicing process for Russian stripes.
Supports Collections and Sales teams with required analysis and documentation, closing information and Sales book update.
Advanced Excel skills is a must, macros are heavily used for core activity.
Preparing quarterly reports (Sales Book)
Work closely with operation leaders as business partners and offering finance support
