Project Manager (IT - Operational)

We are looking for a Project Manager (within the IT Department)

The profile of our future colleague:
Background in project management (IT/Operations/Transport/Distribution/Delivery)
Familiarized with IT Technologies
Structured and analytical approach regarding daily tasks and various business objectives
Problem-solving orientation
Experience in working with technical teams and various Team Leaders
Degree in Technology and/or Management (Advantage)
Working well in a team climate
Mature business analysis skills
Capacity to conduct end-to-end clean sweep projects
Knowledge regarding delivery/courier/transport industry (advantage)
Ability to sketch project business ideas into organized proposals
Willing to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing company where it can be added a personal touch and a in-depth-involvement in order to improve/develop procedures, business particularities, team-work mentality and so on.

How will a working week would look like for our future colleague?

Taking part in creating the sketches for the main business objectives and activities
Cooperate, establish and officialize requirements and business strategies with all Team Leaders
Familiarizing and understanding technological and operational projects such as Lockers Expansion, Software Development and maintaining the relationship with various vendors, suppliers & business partners
Responsible for growing and integrating new processes
Performing business analysis and offering guidance for the technical teams in order to identify the most suitable solutions and actions to meet business needs
Responsible for meeting the deadlines
Responsible for creating/maintaining user manuals for software applications used in the warehouse & headquarters
Monitor project from start to post-implementation phase
Establishing project success metrics and monitor them long after implementation
Involving in developing and managing BI reports – for Warehousing, Lockers, Operational & IT KPIs;
Analyzing and structuring data to identify trends, possible problems, various solutions and ideas etc.
