    Your Mission:

    As a Business Analust inside Regulatory Reporting team you will be responsible for maximizing the product value and the communication with IT teams, acting as main point of contact with Business Solution Center in connection with the production backlog management. As contributor in Projects, you will be the point of contact for business knowledge, sharing the product vision and target solution.
     

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Connects with Defect Manager to allocate priority and assignee on production Backlog
    • Describes the Functional assessment in a comprehensive and transparent manner to make the connection between IT and Regulatory Reporting teams
    • Perform scenarios to assess solution impact proposed in remediation phase in the reporting data
    • Feed the backlog with Business Assessment
    • Liaise with ITEC/BSC to explore potential solutions
    • Part of projects with impact on regulatory IT chain, run qualitative and quantitative analysis on data in order to identify and signal gaps in TO BE solution
    • Identify the needs and requirements of Process Owners
    • Support the team when blocking points
    • Give alternative/tactical solutions and document the solutions


    A little about You:

    • You have strong academic record in Business, Economics or Finance
    • + 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting or strong theoretical background in finance or banking field
    • Experience with FINREP, COREP, NSFR, LCR, RWA calculation or to other risk reports-is a plus
    • You are fluent in English, French would be considered a plus
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access)
    • You have keen interest in banking regulatory reporting and financial analysis
