    You are interested in working within a specialist Data Centre from Bucharest?

    -Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint;
    -Experience of using Dynamics, Concept, Maximo (not a must);
    -Strong level of English;
    -Experience working on a similar customer facing role;

    Responsabilitati

    -Providing support to the client;
    -Answer calls and emails;
    -Managing the supply chain and drive them to attend within required SLA's & Driving the engineering team to attend to all call outs within required SLA's;
    -Monitoring calls received from the customer & ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using company systems;
    -Effective communication with all levels of internal teams and external customers;
    process order & invoice writing .
