    Requirements

    Education and Experience Required

    • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
    • Typically, 6-10 years of experience in a business-related function

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English language
    • Strong communication and presentation skills at senior management level
    • Project/program management, time management skills
    • Mastery of knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g. MS Office)
    • Strong business acumen
    • Advanced understanding of internal business processes and policies
    • Strategic thinker who can execute tactically
    • Positive attitude with a tenacious spirit to solve challenges
    • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure

    What will your role be?

    As an ΕΜΕΑ Data Collection Engagement Lead you will be responsible for integrating the contractual business to the general reporting framework while adapting capabilities to the specific contractual business needs in EMEA.
    Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.

    • Ensure the process is monitored, audited, reported, and reviewed on a regular basis
    • Manages the agency which hosts the tool and operations of the data collection process
    • Has/develops expertise on subject matter content to complex business issues
    • Contributes with expertise and consultancy to transformational projects and strategic programs
    • Analyzes and collects business requirements, finalizes and coordinates business specifications for system/application developments within agreed SLA’s
    • Measures and analyzes the defined process metrics
    • Continuous process improvement
    • Tightly collaborates with operations teams, project managers, and other HP functions
    • Reviews process performance with respective stakeholder and takes corrective actions
    • Provides process expertise in business decisions
    • Develops new ideas and methods for developing the assigned processes. Works on complex problems/ projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
    • Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for process improvements
    • Drives or participates cross-functional, cross-region initiatives and ensures that are implemented effectively and in an efficient manner
    • Drives and applies internal policies to ensure HP policies and audit requirements are met
    • Performs additional activities related to department’s activities as assigned by managers
