    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities :

    Maintains close contact with the outsourcing (payroll) company for: announcing new labor contracts, contracts termination as well as any other changes to the labor contract or employee status;
    Liaising with the external HR consultant where appropriate for advise on employee legislation;
    Generates labor contracts, addendums, employee certificates and any other specific documents;
    Keeps evidence of job descriptions and updates them accordingly;
    Is involved in the recruitment process and keeps close contact with candidates: preliminary screening, organizing interviews, sending feedback;
    Keeps good evidence of candidates for each job post;
    Maintains contact with new employees for completing the employee file; is responsible for the completing and accuracy of each one;
    Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies;
    Keeps track of the employees in probation period;
    Working closely with line managers
    Executes the monthly timekeeping sheets: introduces new badges into the system for new employees, makes the necessary changes on timesheets, approves overtime hours, introduces vacation and medical leaves into the system;
    Generates/consolidates the monthly reports related to salary payment;
    Orders the meal tickets and gift vouchers, distributes them based on employee signature and keeps evidence;
    HSE activities: keeping contact with the outsourcing company for relevant documentation and regular meetings, updating trainings, etc.;
    Carries out the HR department’s archiving duties on a regular basis;
    Carries out protocol duties as per need;
    Prepare reports, translations and presentations.
