Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position (Business Analyst or RPA Business Analyst) ;
Excellent communication & facilitation skills ;
Good knowledge and understanding of RPA technologies and capabilities (e.g. UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere) ;
Business understanding capabilities and a preoccupation for end-user experienceExperience in estimating business requirements ;
Experience in building business cases and ROI calculations ;
Ability to design and deliver solutions to business problems ;
Very good command of English language ;
RPA Certifications (RPA BA / Developer Foundation) are a plus ;
Other technical skills/certifications are a plus (Microsoft .NET, Java, SQL, Python).

Performs requirements analysis, requirements planning & management, requirements elicitation, communication, and documentation ;
Works with business and IT counterparts to understand their new/changing business goals, internal processes, how they are being implemented and executed in the current client environment ;
Works on translating the business needs into IT specifications ;
Understands business requirements, translates them into functional specifications and take high level requirements to a greater level of detail ;
Understands and anticipates business priorities and aligns system implementation teams to business priorities ;
Gather, understand, document and manage customer / user requirements and desired goals ;
Document AS-IS business processes; Analyze information and system requirements;
Develop TO-BE business processes ;
Help with functional and technical design of the solution ;
Perform cost / benefit analysis for target solution ;
Works with key business stakeholders to validate the requirements and supports the technical team into developing & implementing the desired solutions;
Defines together with business owners the UAT scenarios based on requirements and supports the developer in the UAT execution.
