    Requirements

    What we expect from you:
     High Proficiency of Microsoft Office, number evaluation and analytic views
     Good knowledge of Romanian automotive market (domestic and import brand)
     Ability to present to different audiences, from the high level discussion with senior management to in-depth discussion with support
     Proactive team player and able to work in cross-cultural environment, Language Proficiency in English
     Min. 3 years of professional job experience, preferred in automotive industry
     Preferable knowledge of Automobile Products, Sales & Market environment of the industry
     Market Intelligence expertise
     Interpersonal and communication skill

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities and everyday challenges:

     Lead and specify short to mid-term planning process, weekly/monthly preparation and alignment with market management Region Overseas as well as Mercedes-Benz Romania Sales Management, Product Management and Controlling to maximize planning accuracy
     Manage, align and consolidate results of relevant teams to plan volume allocation, wholesale projection, model mix and overall sales volume aspiration
     Ensure accurate and timely data input in central planning system of Mercedes-Benz aligned with overseas market management
     Prepare and lead management level discussions and reporting (on ad-hoc and regular basis)
     Regular retail projections on engine level for MBC and AMG
     Lead and specify volumes for operative planning (2-year timeframe) and strategic long term planning (10-year timeframe)
     Consolidate, align and manage relevant teams to prepare operative and strategic planning to reflect overall sales volume aspiration
     Ensure accurate and timely data input in strategic planning system of Mercedes-Benz aligned with product, price and market introduction premises
     Assure that all planning and forecasting tools and processes are in set in place and continuously developed
     Portfolio management in line with product strategy and harmonization
     Ensure that relevant market intelligence data is considered in all planning and forecasting activities
     Forecast and reflection in relevant systems of sales volumes for passenger vehicle industry and competition
     Initiate discussions in preparation of planning and forecasting milestones, integration of management
