    Utilizare calculator: Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet ;
    Nivelul de cunoastere al limbii straine: limba engleza (vorbit&scris) – nivel fluent;
    Cunoasterea legilor si regulamentelor BNR, a regulilor si procedurilor interne;
    Atentie la detalii, planificare si organizare, comunicare si adaptabilitate, abilitati de lucru in echipa.

    Responsabilitati

    Mentine legatura permanenta cu reprezentantii companiilor de transport si procesare valori aflati sub contract, cu rol de punct unic de contact la nivel de retea;
    Optimizeaza transportul si procesarea de numerar la nivel de retea prin organizare, planificare si suport centralizat in privinta remiterilor/colectarilor de numerar;
    Centralizeaza lunar rapoartele de activitate transmise de companiile aflate sub contract pentru serviciile de:
    transport si procesare valori - situatia detaliata a transporturilor si procesarii de numerar la nivel de retea;
    verifica si compara cu informatiile primite de la CIT datele introduse de catre Ofiteri Operatiuni cu Numerar in Aplicatia Cash PCM
    mentenanta echipamente de casierie
    Asigura un proces de facturare corect prin verificarea rapoartelor lunare, intocmeste requisition si receipt in aplicatia PeopleSoft;
    Verifica si supervizeaza tranzactiile efectuate in Sistemul Profile de catre Administrator Operatiuni cu Numerar;
    Participa activ la intocmirea Contractelor si Actelor Aditionale de transport si procesare valori;
    Asigura un flux corect si fluent de comunicatie intre departamentele PCM/Clients transportatorii/procesatorii aflati sub contract si implementeaza circuite operationale adecvate pentru organizarea optima a colectarillor/livrarilor de numerar de la/la Clienti;
    Implementeaza din punct de vedere operational clienti/locatii de colectare;
    Asigura managementul numerararului in Centrele de Procesare ale Procesatorilor aflati sub contract si in Agentiile ING, prin planificare, previzionare suport si raportare;
    Prin autentificarea ca utilizator al Sistemului ReGIS, confirma creditarile sumelor provenite din vanzarile de numerar RON in contul NOSTRO deschis la BNR si confirma in retea creditarile sumelor in valuta provenite din vanzarile de numerar;
    Genereaza si posteaza zilnic anunturi in format XML pentru operatiunile cu numerar catre BNR la nivel de retea;
    Monitorizeaza si raporteaza diferentele si comisioanele BNR, posteaza raportarile ETC 350 si ETC 340;
    Pastreaza si raporteaza evidenta echipamentelor de casierie la nivel de retea si gestioneaza centralizat procesele conexe;
    Gestioneaza copiile cifrurilor seifurilor, tezaurelor precum si inbusurile de schimbare ale acestora, la nivel de retea;
    Raporteaza catre Departamentul Reconciliere soldurile conturilor ce apartin departamentului;
    Intocmeste rapoarte si evidente numerar la nivel national;
    Participa activ la modificarea procedurilor departamentului si la imbunatatirea/ actualizarea/ modificarea proceselor operationale de gestionare a numerarului la nivel de retea;
    Calculeaza si raporteaza superiorilor, lunar, impactul facturilor de transport si procesare in bugetul WCPC;
    Transmite rapoarte de procesare catre Clienti;
    Verifica si valideaza comenzile de procesare si transport de numerar;
    Intocmeste/inregistreaza/verifica notele contabile si transmite/valideaza mesajele swift catre banci comerciale aferente tranzactiilor cu numerar pentru/de la banci comeciale, la nivel de retea;
    Initiaza si revizuieste diferentele si corectiile de numerar la nivel de retea;
    Mentine legatura permanenta cu reprezentantii Clientilor de colectare si remitere numerar, indeplinind rol de punct unic de contact la nivel de retea;
    Participa si identifica proiecte de imbunatatire si simplificare a activitatii din departamentul Operatiuni Numerar;
    Indeplineste cerintele postului in concordanta cu cerintele legislatiei interne si /sau cu regulile si regulamentele legislatiei externe.
    Se obliga sa ia la cunostinta si sa respecte prevederile Regulamentulului Intern cu privire la protectia muncii si sa isi desfasoare activitatea in conformitate cu instructiunile de securitate si sanatate in munca primite din partea angajatorului – detaliate in Fisa de Instructaj individuala.
    Se obliga sa respecte prevederile Regulamentului Intern, ale Codului de Conduita, alte norme, proceduri interne de lucru, orice alte reglementări aplicabile în domeniul de activitate, atat in vederea asigurarii unei bune desfasurari a activitatii, in general, cat si a prevenirii riscurilor la care s-ar putea expune atat compania, cat si propria persoana.
    Acopera alte responsabilitati si atributii specifice din aria sa de competenta, delegate de superiori, justificate de nevoile de afaceri.
