    Availability for 4 months training at the headquarters in Germany;
    Several years of inside sales experience in B2B, preferably in the field of woodworking, building products;
    Experience in working for an international company;
    Knowledge of English or German at an advanced level;
    Experience in working with IT-Sales tools (CRM) and ERP, Microsoft-Office.
    Ability to effectively communicate both oral and written communication;
    Strong customer focus and good negotiation skills.

    Responsabilitati


    Main activities in Germany, first 4 months:
    Participating in training and learning about the company business, products, and processes;
    Translating the documents from German to English/ Romanian;
    Translating the content from the online site from German to English/ Romanian;
    Engaging a few potential clients in order to sell the company’s products;
    Participating in the process of customer care: preparing offers, follow up, orders, etc. .

    After 4 months, continuing the activity in Timisoara, Romania:

    Selling edging and other company's -products via phone or E-Mail to new or existing customers;
    Preparing offers, taking and processing orders;
    Developing leads into sales in cooperation with sales representatives;
    Offering technical advice and helpdesk support;
    Following up offers and building up a strong relationship with customers and understand their needs;
    Writing reports via CRM and fulfilling tasks from CRM.

    For our client, a highly experienced and continually expanding international wholesaler for the carpentry and furniture industry based in Germany, we are looking for a sales-driven Inside Sales Specialist.

    Offer:

    Gross salary according to experience;

    Paid flight and transportation for the employee at the beginning and end of employment;
