Requirements

Bachelor / master’s level of working and thinking;
Affinity with financial and non-financial risks;
Experience in financial markets is an advantage;
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written);
Excellent knowledge of Excel.

What exactly will you be doing?

Apart from learning new things, serving one of the coolest brand in Romania and meeting the nicest people, we will rely on your help with:
Managing minimum reserve requirements;
Managing intraday and structural liquidity of the bank;
Acting as a market maker on local interbank market;
Pricing money market products for internal and external parties across the curve;
Monitoring market liquidity, volatility and price movements in the various market segments;
Conducting prudent interest rate risk management;
Developing an excellent understanding of the primary risk measures of the bank and underlying hedging instruments
Understanding and complying with the latest changes in the regulatory landscape.
