The purpose of this role

To deepen your understanding of Europanel’s Global Data Solutions, data environment and the client relationship, supporting the delivery of client transition projects and ongoing production of our Global Consumer Dashboard, ensuring long term and sustained revenue growth within Europanel.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing international projects and coordinating work across our international country network to ensure progress against client deadlines
- Clear communication of goals of the project and relevant updates to all project stakeholders
- Leading communications between operations and client service teams
- Direct contact with the client regarding deliveries
- Support in client discussions/meetings
- Support on feasibility, scoping, pricing evaluation and workload of new projects
- Manage the set-up of new reports and ongoing updates on current reports
- Support on coordination of cross-country harmonization projects for our major global clients
- Keeping project documentations updated
