    Requirements

    •Fluent in English (this is a must)
    •Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite;
    •Abilities to manage databases, high volumes of information and conduct efficient research
    •At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (Management Assistance/Administrative area)
    •Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
    •An adaptable and flexible approach
    •Problem solving skills
    •Reliable, with a discret approach towards work
    •Engaging and self confident
    •Attentive to details and well structured

    Responsibilities

    •Assist the Business Unit Managers with both admin and business monitoring tasks
    •Manage Business Unit Managers agenda and provide support with the preparement of presentasions
    •Manage communication process: management decisions, news, success celebration events
    •Assure connection with all support functions: HRBP, finance, office
    •Take responsibility for writing reports of meetings to ensure that information is saved and can be consulted anytime
    •Update information in various databases & preparing extracts of information
    •Manage the divisions licences: collecting requests, allocation, renewals
    •Follow up on risk issues and assist the engagement teams through risk assessment process
    •Travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservation, taxi, meeting rooms, registration)
    •Liaison with the internal support functions and state institutions
    •Arrange conference calls and meetings
    •Filing, coping, scanning, printing, mailing and faxing
    •Record of contracts and files
    •Archive old files and corporate documents
