Mandatory Skills:
o Has 6+ years of professional experience in IT
o Substantial / Proven experience developing software: hands on experience with software development and ability to engage in highly technical discussions with developers, product owners, DBAs and system engineers.
o Experience working on globally distributed teams.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
o Ability to work in flexible hours to accommodate time-zone differences (Bucharest, Austin, Ireland, Hyderabad, Porto Alegre).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
o Desirable PMP and Scrum Master certifications.
o Desirable experience with Microsoft TFS for agile program delivery.
o Desirable experience in the Financial Services industry.

Project Description:
The Lease Transformation Program is a major multi-million-dollar IT initiative of one of the world's top ten IT companies that will redesign lease originations and servicing processes while rationalizing the supporting ecosystem with a new Lease Management and Originations platform (Odessa LeaseWave).

This transformation will have a global impact on the client's operations (in the Americas, EMEA, and APJ), and will take beyond 5 years. As part of this initiative, a strong directed software engineering and delivery organization is being built and divided into four multi-disciplinary feature teams. These teams will be responsible for the design, development, and test automation of platform extensions, integration components (micro services), integration virtualization, and reporting capabilities.

The feature teams will be comprised of Technical Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Software Engineers running Scrum in an adapted SAFE implementation for scaled agile delivery. Professionals should be located in Bucharest and available to work from the client's office when / if required.
Responsibilities:
o Technically biased, engages with engineering in technical discussions with Software Engineers, Product Owners and System Engineers facilitating/driving issue resolution and removing cross-functional impediments to keep the team focused on delivery.
o Drive all aspects of the Scrum Master role (facilitate Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Scrum Meetings, etc) and IT Project Management, including collaboration and coordination across multiple IT and business segments.
o Motivates delivery team members, drives precision and quality into deliveries, implements improvement measures.
o Orchestrates launches that comprise project deliverables as well as production issue fixes which may occur outside regular business hours.
o Leads delivery teams during post-launch phases for expedited issue resolution.
o Actively maps, studies and addresses risks and issues by elaborating a mitigation/response plan while proactively tracking its execution.
o Create and deliver professional presentations on project kick-offs, phase gates, status reports, etc.
o Tracks budget and resource utilization across while managing third party relationships (procurement) in the successful achievement of project/program delivery.
