Functional Consultant/Analyst

We have expertise in multiple capabilities across Business Operations (Systems Delivery & Modernization, Cloud & Engineering, Operations Transformation), Customer & Marketing (Marketing & Commerce, Digital Customer, Digital Foundry & Operations), Enterprise Tech & Performance (SAP, ServiceNow, Anaplan), Human Capital (HR Transformation, Organizational Transformation), and Strategy, Analytics and M&A (Data Modernization & Analytics, AI Insights and Engagement).

• You have at least 3 years of experience in functional and business analysis
• Experience coaching a small team
• Experience with enterprise solution delivery in teams of 3-5 members;
• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical domain;
• Experience and understanding of typical ERP and ECM business processes is considered a big advantage;
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
• Communication in a structured and knowledgeable manner, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
• You have a hands-on mentality;
• You are flexible, pro-active and a team player;
• Open to work in an international environment and to travel for short international engagements;
• You are fluent in English (spoken/written).

• Support functional analysis during projects
• Configure business processes in the ECM Application
• Integration of ECM applications with ERP;
• Customize & configure process integration and UI.
