Role description

For this reason, our customer service center is a key part of our company and is crucial for our worldwide success. We are currently looking for new enthusiastic people to join our team for the Hungarian market in Brno. The potential candidate for this position should be empathetic to be able to help our clients in the most effective way and to deal with all the potential issues.

Main activities
Support of Hungarian clients via email and phone calls

Providing information about the products with regards to the preferences of customers

Creating, editing and checking the status of customers' orders

Dealing with administrative tasks related to customers' orders - payments, suppliers communication

Cooperation with the marketing department regarding translations and reviews

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Czech Rep.

Salary is of 1000 Euro
AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 250 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company
