RIAN&Partners is a new, fresh concept in the recruitment and selection process of personnel, personnel training & organizational development.

•Advanced knowledge of mathematical & statistics notions such as distributions, regression, statistical testing, etc
•Experience in machine learning techniques and algorithms (e.g. decision trees, clusters);
•Advanced programming skills, preferably in Python, R, Spss, SAS, Mlab;
•Experience querying databases with SQL;
•Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark;
•Experience in creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees etc.
•Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.
•Experience with data visualization tools/libraries (ggplot, matplotlib, seaborn);
•Strong analytical and communication skills;
•Curiosity to dive through large amounts of data and find valuable insights;
•Willingness and ability to learn new mathematical and/or technical methods;
•Ability to work independently, in a team and/or across teams.
•Responsible for verifying data integrity, clean and process data used for analysis;
•Responsible for the featuring selection, feature engineering, fine-tune machine learning models’ parameter, applying already built classifiers;
•Performs ad-hoc analysis and presents the results in a clear/story telling manner;
•Responsible for developing a company testing framework and test model quality;
•Responsible for collaborating with different functional teams (Agile mode) to implement models and monitor outcomes;
•Responsible for developing the processes and tools to monitor and analyze the model’s performance and data accuracy;
•Responsible for performing an in-depth analysis of information from multiple data sources (customer research surveys, sales & marketing data, macro-economic indicators) to provide data-driven business insights leading to improved business results;
•Responsible for providing recommendations.
