    Responsibilities

    What we’re looking for?

    Perform administrative duties;
    Schedule appointments, read and respond to correspondence;
    Organize and facilitate meetings (internal and external customers/partners) and coordinate conference logistics as required;
    Provide support for the business travels arrangements (transport, accommodation) as required;
    Project and budgetary controlling;
    Take care of the protocol activities ordering office supplies
    Active communication and correspondence with suppliers and all METRO companies both national and international;
    Check the invoices, cost centers splitting, follow up payments;
    Expense management (processes expenses associated with travels/meetings/events);
    Implement new ideas and optimizes administrative procedures and processes;
    Draft/edit contracts;
    Archive documents;
    Train the new colleagues;
    Content refresh for Ask Administration intranet page;
    SAP CATS bookings and task assignation.
