    Requirements

    - Experience: 3+ Years
    - PMI/Agile certifications or PM course
    - Proven negotiation and influence skills of project actors at all levels of seniority and hierarchy
    - Independence in project organization / management and minimal consultation in decision-making
    - PM who understands technical issues and who wants to understand the business area
    - Experience in deployments using AGILE methodology is a great plus
