    Requirements

    We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and grow our innovative HR product together!

    What you need for this role:
    Relevant direct sales experience (3-5 years), minimum 2 years within the IT&C - Software Products- or HR industry;
    Excellent English skills;
    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
    Very good presentation skills;
    Persuasive and goal-oriented;
    Excellent listening and negotiation skills;
    Problem solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    What you will do:

    Identify opportunities for new business within the market;
    Arrange meetings with potential customers in order to deliver product demos;
    Understand customer needs and maintain constant communication;
    Extend the offer to potential customers and close the contract;
    Build long term relationships with existing customers;
