We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Developer to help us create long-term value for our organization!
What you need for this role:
At least 3 years of direct sales experience - minimum 1 year within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products);
Oriented towards a consultative sales approach;
A proven track record of business development success;
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions;
Good negotiation skills;
Natural drive to succeed in sales;
Motivation, perseverance, and determination qualities;
High level of personal ethics;
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English);
Will be considered advantages: International Markets experience, technical (Software development) background.
What you will do:
Identify specific prospects to approach, while communicating the value proposition for their business and use case;
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads;
Understand the technical requirements of our customers, their needs and objectives;
Prepare and present powerful sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Zitec software solutions;
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
Manage contract negotiations;
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives;
Handle passive prospects;
Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market;
Assist company management representatives in their business development activities.
