Junior Online Communication Specialist

Qualifications and Experience:

• Min 1 year of digital & social media communications or public relations with proven track record of success;
• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, public relations or advertising;
• Ability to handle multiple projects and demonstrated creativity, flexibility and proactive approach to work;
• Proficient MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
• Advanced in English;

Responsibilities for the role:

• Develop and implement Newslettering Strategy for Sales Force;
• Manage Facebook Communities;
• Gather or create the adequate content for social media communication;
• Manage the comment sections for each post;
• Propose specific actions or Campaigns to boost engagement rate;
• Coordinate & Develop the display and accuracy of website materials;
• Support Digital projects with communication necessities like translations and copywriting;
• Gather input from Marketing Department, Commercial Transformation, PR, Sales & Training to develop the editorial campaigns;
• Provide follow-ups for all news-lettering campaigns and propose ways to improve the KPIs.
