    Controlling & Reporting Supervisor

    Your Mission

    As a Controlling & Reporting Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the Controlling function of the Finance Corporate Department, getting the best from new to be deployed MIS and contributing to the Finance Transformation Initiative at SG Shared Services Network level, impacting governance, processes, tools and reporting.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Organizes and coordinates the budget construction and follow-up processes at both company and business line level;
    • Steers the local effort of alignment within the SG Shared Services Network Transformation initiative;
    • Manages team adaptation to change, new processes around new tools and team upskilling when necessary;
    • Lead Finance engagement & partnership together with Business lines functional representatives at both SG EBS and SG Shared Services Network level, acting as a single point of contact for all finance needs.
    • Hierarchical line to SG EBS Deputy CFO and Functional to SG EBS CFO.

    A little about You:

    • You are an Academy of Economic Studies graduate, preferably Finance/Accounting;
    • You have strong financial background of minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Management & Control;
    • You have 3+ years experience in people management;
    • Preferable previous experience in a captive shared service center;
    • You have knowledge of local accounting, fiscal and accounting principles and legislation;
    • You have knowledge of financial practices (principles, processes, norms, policies, resources);
    • You have knowledge of the managerial practices and consulting practices;
    • You know English and French at the advanced level, spoken and written;
    • ACCA or CFA certifications would be a plus.
