BUSINESS ANALYST, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or comparable work experience;
 At least 2 years’ experience in a business analysis position with a focus on data and reporting solutions;
 Experience in writing business and functional documentation;
 Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably previous exposure to Agile delivery environments;
 Strong analytical mind and stakeholder management skills;
 Exposure to different business domains: finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, production etc.;
 Very good experience with Microsoft tools;
 Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written.

 Communicate with the business stakeholders to understand the data analytics and reporting needs that they have and translate these requests into clear requirements;
 Conducting requirements gathering activities, analyze clients’ systems and business processes and documenting accordingly the requirements;
 Create project deliverables such as requirements document, epics, stories, mock-ups, specifications, use cases;
 Mapping and documenting interfaces between systems;
 Assist the technical team in reviewing potential solutions and support in presenting them to the business stakeholders;
 Act as a bridge between the business and the technical team and make sure that all client needs are fully fulfilled by the solution delivered;
 Support users on change control and updates;
 Prepare user manuals and provide trainings for the end users.
