    Master degree holder from a business school

    You have 3 to 5 years of experiences in marketing management and employer branding.

    The Go to market team is hiring a new partner! We are looking for a driven, curious and all-rounder talent to join our dynamic team.

    You will be in charge of:

    Developing Marketing Strategic Plans for the group
    Establishing and running lead generation campaigns
    Creating content (online and offline) for external communication
    Tracking results of all marketing actions and Follow up
    Carrying out a regular competitive watch and producing benchmarks
    Collaborate with other departments such as Digital, Design, Recruitment. Schools Relations, Business departments
    Optimizing performance of talent acquisition marketing channels (internal tools, Social media..) to improve candidate qualty and time efficiency.

    Using database marketing capabilities to find and target theright audience.

    Ability to develop candidate messaging (messaging, brochures, posters, banners..) in partnership with brand/design teams.
