    Requirements

    With a master level degree from a business school or university, you have minimum 2 years’ experience in Market analysis, Competitive analysis, and/or Strategic Consulting.
    You are autonomous, rigorous, curious and you can demonstrate strong analytical spirit.
    You like to work in a very fast changing environment and you are eager to work on a large variety of topics.
    Team management is of interest to you, and you blossom in a multi-cultural environment.
    You are ready to adapt and understand a new culture’s way of thinking and working.
    You must have an excellent command of English & French and excellent writing and communication skills

    Responsibilities

    The Startup Studio & Go-to-market Analyst will be part of the market intelligence department, which is providing Amaris Group & its management with analysis and insights on growth opportunities to catch. You will handle startup studio & go-to-market analysis types and support Market Analysts in their works. The start-up studio encompasses all new initiatives launched by the group in all different markets, geographies.

    Market Analysis: Your role will entitle you to gather and analyse information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations along the following projects:

    Startup studio analysis

    -Track emerging trends, technologies, and competitive movements to ensure Amaris does not miss out on a strategic opportunity
    -Conduct market research and analyse potential growth opportunities that will lead in the creation of Amaris startups

    Go-to-market analysis

    -Conduct market research & provide recommendations that support our brand positioning, marketing, and service development.
    -Participate in the creation of go-to-market strategies through competitive analysis and offer benchmarks
    -Evaluate potential investments and strategic partnerships to evolve brand marketing efforts

    General missions:

    -Work with internal teams and partners to identify competitive analysis and market research needs
    -Assist with primary research including proposal development, data collection, analysis, and reporting -- all within the context of internal client service and management.
    -Manage multiple projects with tight timelines
    -Provide leadership contributions in the areas of continuous improvement in the market intelligence department processes and procedures
