    Cerinte

    Several years of sales and management experience in a similar field;
    Experience in working in an international company;
    Academic degree in business, engineering or similar;
    Native language Romanian, very good in English or German;
    Knowledge of Hungarian or Serbian are an advantage;
    IT-Skills, especially regarding IT Sales tools;
    Team player, strong in modern leadership and management techniques;
    Willingness to travel regularly.

    Responsabilitati

    Coordinating all the business activity in Romania and in a second step also in neighbour countries;
    Directing and managing all sales and logistics activities within the country;
    Introducing and adapting the company's marketing approach to Romania;
    Coordinating, leading and motivating the regional sales representatives, sales office and logistics staff members;
    Identifying sales opportunities by accessing the local market;
    Selling the products to the new client and offering active consultancy to all existing customer contacts;
    Managing the accounts and establishing and cultivating a long-term business relationship;
    Defining, planning and implementing the strategic and operative goals concerning revenue and profit in close cooperation with the head office;
    Preparing and presenting reports.
