SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
•3-5 years of experience in stock management;
•Experience in mechanics;
•Ability to coordinate a team;
•English language- medium level.
•Ensures the structure of warehouse;
•Defines and performs training sessions for the team in order to improve skills and performance level;
•Develops spare parts management process related to the local work instructions to be followed by the team;
•Monitors and reports the spare parts consumption, stock, and slow-moving stock;
•Ensures the performance of spare parts management process;
•Monitors the accuracy of stocks;
•Provides support for investments budget regarding the spare parts;
•Provides support for the Purchasing department for any nonconformance of the spare Parts;
•Provides support for regular inventory;
•Ensures the right level of spare parts stock;
•Ensures the analysis of spare parts consumption;
•Coordinates the removing process of obsolete spare parts and overstock from the store;
•Performs internal audits for spare parts management process;
•Provides regular reports to Maintenance Leader/PPE Manager/Plant Manager;
•Reports to Finance any stock value discrepancies.
