    Requirements

    Education:

    Graduate of higher technical education, Minimum training level dpdv SSM (40h).

    Skills & Experience:
    •Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement of min. 3 years.
    •Experience in mining auto industry 1 year.
    •Greenbelt Certification; Blackbelt or Lean Expert is an advantage.
    •Geometrical and tolerant dimensions, technical drawing.
    •Non-conformance analysis, 8D, 5 DeCe ?, cause-effect diagram.
    •Process process capabilities, SPC / PPAP.
    •Process process capability, SPC / MSA Gauge R & R.
    •Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
    •SAP usage.
    •Very good English knowledge. Knowing a second European language is an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer who will define, assure and lead the deployment of the plant quality system for manufacturing products and processes for satisfying customers’ demands and achieve the plant’s standards, via direct management of specific activities and resources within the manufacturing lines and within the set health and safety standards.

    Ensuring the quality of the received products / Internal quality reception
    •Establish detailed working arrangements for reception control activities and related documentation: Control Plans, Tests and Controls Required, Inspection Plans and Sample Rules;
    •Manages and coordinates the local teams established to analyze the non-conformities of the received products (SCARS, 8D);
    •Provides technical support and training to quality inspectors whenever there are changes to the documentation and regulations that affect their activity or the products they are responsible for;
    •Maintains the database with the noncompliance of the received products and draws regular reports in the organization about them;
    •Provides information on new types of defective suppliers and introduces their description in the Internal Failure Catalog together with production quality inspectors and reception quality inspectors;
    •Know and be aware of the importance of its activity and how it contributes to the achievement of quality objectives (impact on product quality, contribution to achievement, maintenance and quality improvement, including consequences in case of non-compliance with customer requirements).

    Approval of new / modified products
    •Coordinating the homologation / re-approval of the products received according to the communications from the development team suppliers from the central structures and in cooperation with its members;
    •Draws up / approves the internal documentation (inspection plan) and introduces / checks the necessary information in SAP;
    • Approve the approval of local suppliers that are not covered by the suppliers development team (eg Sorting Services Providers).

    Complaints suppliers
    • Participate whenever required in the team to analyze complaints from the client;
    •Responsible for the implementation of immediate preventive actions for the protection of the client in case of quality incidents due to the received product;
    •Follow up corrective and preventive actions as a result of quality incidents and evaluate the effectiveness of these measures;
    •Collaboration with similar functions in the F-M factories through the exchange of information on the quality problems and the implemented solutions;
    •Initiate actions to recover financial losses from suppliers (COPQ process) by providing the necessary information provided by the procedures in force.
    •Provides support to development team vendors in solving requests for modification / exemption from suppliers, and pursues their implementation throughout the agreed time;
    •Participate in making sorting decisions and initiate the sorting request to the service providers agreed to carry out this operation. Ensure that sorting by agreed services is made in accordance with the requirements of the standards and is properly documented (inspection plans, instructions, limit samples, etc.)

    Interface with suppliers
    •Coordinating factory vendor visits.
    •On request, make visits to vendors and prepare visit or audit reports as appropriate.
