    Requirements

    • 2+ years’ experience in the area of analytics with a proven track record of leveraging data analysis to drive business impact
    • Degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, Marketing
    • SQL skills including extensive experience querying large, complex data sets
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, Lookup functions)
    • Working experience with visualization / BI / reporting tools is strongly preferred
    • Working experience with CRM tools (Optimove, Exact Target) is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas, excited to draw findings from figures
    • Great attention to details
    • Great report writing & summarizing skills
    • Deep understanding of marketing data, segmentation, metrics and tools
    • Understanding of direct and digital marketing, and concepts of marketing automation
    • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, high-energy team where a practical, hands-on approach to tasks is the norm
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (excellent English),
    • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player
    • Ability to work in a quick and multi-cultural environment

    Responsibilities

    Provide analytical support to CRM team including:
    • Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations to deliver insights and make recommendations
    • Optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation
    • Assessment of CRM programs, communications and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability
    • Interpreting, presenting the results/insights of the analyzes and driving campaign improvement by providing recommendation
    • Design, build and publish reports, dashboards and analyses utilizing the consumer data platform and other reporting and visualization tools
    • Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on scheduled basis
    • Answer ad hoc questions and proactively identify opportunities to drive marketing strategies and insights
    • Engaging proactively on testing new ideas/adjusting campaigns based on "near real time" analyses
