As our Communication Projects Administrator, you will plan, coordinate, execute and administrate projects or services for the global communication department. This includes working with communication leaders around the globe, preparing global reporting, administering the digital assets platform, interacting with diverse vendors, spend tracking and purchase orders and performing administrative activities.
- Budget tracking and raising purchase orders
- Administering the digital assets platform
- Preparing communication monthly reports
- Maintaining project calendars
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Performing administrative duties
- Tracking projects
- Coordinating meetings and organizing venues
KEY SKILLS / MUST HAVE
- Project management skills and detail- oriented
- Good communications skills and ability to effectively communicate with outside vendors and internal staff from various departments
- Mastery of computing tools such as Word, Excel and Power Point. Time management
- Experience in using a Content Management System is a plus
- 2 years + in administrative role
- Fluency in English (oral and written) mandatory.
- Experience in working in global companies or multi-matrix organizations a plus
