    Coordinate the storage and reception activities within the company
    Ensure that products, packaging or materials are stored, distributed or received in an efficient manner; Coordinate the employees in the warehouse, responsible for stock control, warehouse organization and delivery planning.
    Takes precautions to ensure the contents of the deposit against damages;
    Evaluate the available stock of packaging and ensure that the appropriate quantities are ordered, taking into account the turnover and the storage space;
    Supervises the preparation of all the documents necessary for carrying out this activity;
    Manages, controls, schedules the work of the warehouse operator team;
    Participate in departmental and inter­departmental meetings;
    Checks for specific complaints, sets out the measures to be taken, ensures that measures are implemented and tracks their effectiveness; Informs the CS responsible about the actions taken.
    Responds to the professional development and training of the subordinate staff and the performance evaluation process as well as the selection and recruitment of the subordinate staff;
    Manages the preparation and presentation of internal or external audits as well as the implementation of the indicated corrective measures;
    Make proposals to the logistics manager and review human resource planning (by ePR) and materials (eCR) of the warehouse;
    Set up the necessary equipment and material for the staff in the warehouse based on the information received from the shift leaders and forward it to the clerk from the scanners in order to execute the order
    Coordinate inventories done by warehouse operators; in case of inconsistency identify the cause, establish measures and follow their implementation and effectiveness;
    Follow and respect the specific logistics KPIs


    Bachelor's degree
    5+ years Logistics Warehouse experience required - gained in multinational companies would be a plus
    English - Conversational level (written and spoken)
    Previous working experience in SAP would be a plus
    Good verbal and written communication skills
