Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Digital mindset and willing to provide webinars, record videos etc.;
- Excellent planning, organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel mastered)
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a desire for operational excellence with proven hands on experience in PPC strategies on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics and in meeting/exceeding goals and campaign KPIs.

Job Purpose Summary:
As a Digital Specialist you will be part of the Marketing team, being responsible for:
- Maintain and improve the company's website by updating the web pages with marketed offers
- Optimize site pages to get a top 3 in google searches
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Offer Managers
- Suggest and implement e-direct marketing methods
Monitor website SEO wise and suggests improvements for better results
