    Two years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant;
    Bachelor's degree;
    Advanced level of English;
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
    Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
    Self-starting, critical thinker who can switch priorities at a moment’s notice with minimal or no direction.

    What would you do? Well, mostly you will be…

    Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners;
    Assisting the GM and the CFO in administrative activities, usually of a confidential nature;
    Managing calendars and setting up meetings for the GM and the CFO;
    Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports for the GM and the CFO;
    Preparing Powerpoint presentations for GM for various projects and reports;
    Translating documents (English- Romanian/ Romanian- English);
    Taking dictation and minutes;
    Preparing reports, presentations, briefs and writing speeches;
    Organizing and maintaining office filing system;
    Participating in planning of events;
    Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
