Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

 Able to deliver difficult messages to the team in an appropriate & confident manner;
 Excellent forward planning, time management & organizational skills;
 Strong commercial skills;
 Will have exceptional Brand awareness;
 A commitment to driving the VM standards to ensure the Brands remain the market leaders on the high street;
 A genuine passion for the fashion & retail industry;
 Attention to detail.

 Conduct store visits & give constructive & specific feedback to stores;
 Identify training needs in-store & communicate these to the VM manager;
 Visits underperforming stores to offer hands-on training & support;
 Understands the Brands markdown strategy & ensures all promotions have been launched accordingly;
 Completes store visit reports & follows through on actions;
 Supports the VM manager.
