PERSONAL SHOPPER, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

 Currently a Personal Shopper in a similar fashion environment (with a current client base);
 Genuine love for TOPSHOP and proud to be a Brand Ambassador;
 Passion for customer service, ensuring the customer remains at the forefront of everything that the team do;
 The ability to network across all levels;
 Strong understanding of how to use commercial tools in order to effectively identify risks and opportunities;
 Awareness of local knowledge to pro-actively seek, anticipate and respond to shifting trends and new market opportunities;
 Proactive approach to self-development as well as the development of others;
 Creating a culture where wellbeing matters and good performance is rewarded and recognised;
 Ability to react quickly to changing situations, and delivering at pace;
 Role model exceptional internal and external customers service.

The role of the Personal Shopper is to inspire the Personal Shopping Assistant to create an experience like no other. They are responsible for driving the business, whilist also maintaining great relationships with their current clients. Working closely with Head Office and the store Management teams, they also organize events to drive footfall into the store.
